🏒 Program Overview

The Icebridge June Weekend Game Session offers players the opportunity to compete in full-ice games in a structured, development-focused environment.

These sessions are designed to help players apply their skills in real game situations, focusing on decision-making, positioning, and game awareness while maintaining a fun and competitive atmosphere.

📘 Player Development Focus

Players will participate in organized full-ice games that encourage puck movement, spacing, and reading the play.

With coaches actively involved on the benches, players receive real-time feedback and guidance, helping them understand situations as they happen and improve game habits naturally.

🎯 Core Focus Areas

Full-ice game awareness and positioning

Decision-making under pressure

Competing in real game situations

Puck support, spacing, and transitions

Applying learned skills in live play

💡 The focus is on learning through play, allowing players to develop confidence, creativity, and hockey IQ in a game setting.

🔬 Why This Program Works

With limited rosters (15 skaters + 1 goalie per team), every player stays engaged and involved throughout the game.

Certified referees will be present to ensure proper game flow and structure, creating an authentic game experience while allowing players to focus on learning and competing.

👥 Coaching

This program is organized and planned by Coach Jaewoo Kim, ensuring consistency in development philosophy and session structure.

Games will be run like real matches, with Icebridge coaches managing the benches, providing instruction, and giving individual and team feedback throughout the session to support player growth.
