Player Development Pathway
The Ice Bridge Spring Team creates an environment where players can compete, improve, and build confidence.
Top-performing players from the Spring Team will have the opportunity to advance into the Ice Bridge Select Project, representing Ice Bridge Hockey at tournaments across Toronto, other Canadian regions, North America, Europe, and Asia during the summer.
This program isn’t just about one season — it’s the first step toward building players ready to compete on the global stage.
Designed for Dual-Team Players
The Ice Bridge Spring program is an excellent fit for players seeking a second Spring team.
We carefully select tournaments that do not conflict with other top-tier events and ensure players face strong, competitive opponents — even if that means playing a year up to maintain a high level of challenge.
