🏒 Program Overview

The Icebridge Spring Skill Development Program is designed to support continued player growth through the spring season with high-quality, intentional training.

This program emphasizes skating efficiency, puck control, and decision-making in game-relevant environments, allowing players to sharpen their skills while maintaining confidence and creativity on the ice.

📘 Player Development Focus

Players will train in small-group, high-tempo sessions that prioritize repetitions, execution, and hockey IQ.

Each session challenges players to apply technical skills under pressure, reinforcing habits that translate directly into real game situations.

🎯 Core Focus Areas

  • Skating mechanics, edge control, and balance

  • Puck handling and deception skills

  • Shooting technique and scoring habits

  • Playing with pace and purpose

  • Applying skills in game-like scenarios

💡 Every drill is designed to bridge technical ability and hockey sense, helping players play faster, smarter, and with more confidence.

🔬 Why This Program Works

With limited numbers (max 10 players), athletes receive focused coaching, increased puck touches, and meaningful feedback every session.

The flexible registration model allows families to choose the commitment level that works best, while maintaining the same high standard of development Icebridge programs are known for.

👥 Coaching

This program is organized and planned by Coach Jaewoo Kim, ensuring consistency in structure, development focus, and overall program direction.

On-ice sessions will be led by selected Icebridge coaches, each aligned with the Icebridge development philosophy and trained to deliver high-tempo, detail-focused practices. This approach allows players to benefit from varied coaching perspectives while maintaining a unified standard and clear development objectives across all sessions.
